I 130 petion for spouse

I am permanent resident and after my marriage i filed I 130 for my spouse
her name was not changed in passport after marriage and i filed with her maiden name now my case is pending and i want to change her last name and add my name with her name how do i change it ?
Do i have to file agian I 130 for adding my name to my spouse name?


please help me

You need to change it in a court house, not with USCIS. Only when USCIS calls her for interview can she update the case with new information, no need to re-file I-130.

I wanted to know one thing as you said i can change in court ,my marraige was in india so she can add my name to her last name and time of interview she can present the legal doucument of name change in consulate

Then one thing if her name changes her passport also name will be changed will it affect the filed I-130
will the change of name ie adding my name to her last name will it effect on time of interview
