AOS on b1 visa
Hi All,
We have a I-130 approved for my m-in-law. She was sponsered by her US citizen brother.
She is currently visiting us on B1 visa. She has recived payment notice from NVC for consular processing.
Q: Can she now do adjustment of status instead from here? Will NVC need to provide USCIS any documentation?
