I-131 part 5 for simultaneous I-485 appl

Hi,

I wish to apply for a re-entry permit (I-131) along with my I-485 and I-130 (marriage to a citizen). I am a bit confused on part 5 of form I-131. Is this section applicable to me? It think it asks a permanent resident about foreign travel and tax returns. I have travelled for about 1 year (in breaks) filed my taxes as a non immigrant as I am on a F-1 visa.
Please let me know how to fill this section.
