GC is withdrawn without m notice by my husband

My husband had GC before that and he applied family based for me and...that is still in process but my husband got GC before marriage...We are seperated informally and still negotiations are going...becasue of our family problems and we do not have any communication.....through email or phone ...we had some discussions...and without my notice..my husband withdrawn GC and...without any proof... can he withdraw my GC....?

He can withdraw his I-130 sponsorship and without that being approved you can not file for a GC/Adjustment of status.

He does not need any evidence for that, he just has to withdraw the I-130 and I-864.
