Family GC Questions

I have some questions reagrding the Family Based GC.

1. How much it is taking for GC if i am applying for Parents?
2. How much it is taking for GC if i am applying for Brother?
3. Before i start the proces of GC for my brother, do they need to have Passports?
4. My parents and Brother are staying in India. How will the process will be? All the notices will go to them at India address?

That depends, are you an US Citizen?

For parents it takes about 1 year.

From siblings it takes about 20 years.
