sponsor mother
I am a US citizen and would like to apply green card for my mother and brother. They reside in Indonesia. Pls help me with my question:
1. How long average the processing time to get the gc for my mom?
2. Since i am housewife and doesn't work, It will based on my husband income tax which is we have joined filing tax every year. Is it ok?
3. If i apply gc for my brother along with my mom, how long is it the processing time for my brother to get his greencard?
4. or is it much faster for my brother to get greencard if my mom after she get gc and then apply and sponsor my brother to get greencard ??
5. If i sponsor my brother along with my mom., and it looks our income not reach to above 125%poverty line.,is it ok to get join sponsor who is my mother in law but she is not reside / not our member households with us ??
