Yesterday I got a letter for my Mom's case. They are asking for the following:
Evidence of your current nonimmigrant status or the nonimmigrant status under which you last entered the United States. Such evidence includes, but is not limited to, Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Record, or a copy of the nonimmigrant visa page of your passport showing admission to the United States.
If I am going to submit I-94, should I submit a copy or the orginial doc?
The I-94 my Mom got is mainly in Chinese, do I need to translate it to English?
Can I just submit the passport page showing admission to the United States without I-94?
Thanks
