This is regarding obtaining reentry permit and maintaining my green
card. i got family based immigrant visa (2006) and came to usa and
got green cardand now its just passed 1 yr now i am working in usa
and i am plannngto stay with my wife as we both need chilidren so we
need like minimum 10 months for all.after marriage we stayed less
than2 months together and tried for kids wiht help of fertility
centre too but didnt work and i did my semen sotrage and my wife
tried for iui when i was in us its dont work out so now i have to be
there and continue as we both eagerly waitng to have kids .my travel
outside us after getting green card was for my marriage i went for 3
months and came back and i also filed I 130 for my wife and its
pending.
now my questions is
1)is it ok if i apply for reentry permit and go to india for 10
months to saty with my wife
2)will it effect my petition I 130 which i filed for my wife
3)after returning to us after 10 months with reentry permit will
immigration officer deny my entry
4)i dint file my first tax return waiting for w2 so without that can i apply I 131
i saw in some web site that there will some interview at port of
entry.whats that interview realted
i stay here with my parents in rented home ,i have drivng lisence,i
pay for for life insurance montlhy and have credit cards so this all
will help to show my ties to us

what if my parents move to another home when i am in inida how it

1)how it will effect my address change on petiton filed for my wife
2)its compulsary to inform address change (AR11)to uscis so how i can do it
