GC approved while being abroad

We filed for my mother's GC when she was in the united states last year on tourist visa.

She left for her home country after her Advance Parole got approved.

We just received a notice saying her I-130 and I-485 has been approved and that her GC will be mailed in 60 days.

Does this mean she doesnt have an interview? How is she supposed to re-enter the country? Using her GC or her advance parole?

Please reply urgently.

no interview necessary. She can use her Advance PArole or take her Gc to her.
