couldnt use my greencard

Hi,

I was granted a greencard since my father had a green card (and he lives in US, will be a citizen soon) however i failed to use mine and i should have entered US a year ago however im a turkish citizen and military is mandatory here so they didnt let me out of Turkey. So i went ahead and completed my military service and now i would like to use my green card. Am i still eligible or what do i need to do in order to get it? I am not married and 23 years old. I think i was either 20 or 21 when i was granted the green card.
