I wish everyone would add their info. I saw someone on the tracker on this website that has an Sept 24th priority date was approved since last month, so i am guessing that USCIS should be in October by now. I am keeping my fingers crossed. I wish they would hurry up and post the new processing times. I am getting antsy.

I think so, USCIS may be approving Sep/Oct I-130 cases now. Good luck frustrated_alot, you may be another month away now.
What in the world takes them so long to post the updated processing times??? If they're going to wait until the end of the month to post these then the "as of" date should not be the 15th of every month.
Also, I read on another forum that a guy from the Philllipines filed I-129F for K-1 (Fiancee) in December 2007 and got the approval notice (NOA2) in February 2008!! How are some of these people getting approvals so soon while others are waiting and waiting?
I'm sorry to vent but I'm really frustrated, like many others in the same situation, and after waiting for 7 months just for the 1st approval and being separated from my wife for 8 months, I'm starting to lose my patience.

I am so with you on that. I have been checking every day to see if the dates are posted. I dont' understand it, it's so frustrating Did that guy file in Vermont or Califormia?

Thanks for understanding, buddy. I believe the person filed at the Vermont service center; check out the Fiancee (K-1, K-2, K-3, K-4) forum and look for "gemz".

Thanks, i see what you mean but i think that is a rare case. Again, here is where those processing times are very helpful but have not been posted. It is so frustrating.

I think it's just a timeframe they give you. It may not take 60 days or it may not. This way, they are covered either way. Good luck.

I understand your frustration. I haven't waited that long, waiting for the last 3 months, but still losing the patience...
Nitshrut,
On the upside, at least you know that they are working on your case. They sent you the RFE back in Feburary, right? Mine has just been pending since last August (I think we filed within a few days of each other), so I'm not sure if they've lost my case or if it's been stuck in the wrong cue. I'm hopeful you're case will be finished within a week or two, if not sooner. I'm just praying that they haven't lost my case and will approve it soon without any further delays.
On a little more personal note, how are you guys fairing in your respective jobs? It's very tough for me to concentrate and stressful knowing that the subsequent approvals are completely dependant on having a job and maintaining income.

I hope you wouldn't have any issues with the job. Yes, as part of NVC processing, one needs to submit last 3 paystubs, last 3 years W-2 and IRS transcripts...
