The Feb processing times are posted on USCIS. It only moved forward by 11 days and are processing forms dated July 26th (In Jan it was July 15th). It is moving very slow and I am not sure if anything will happen by July/Aug for my parents petitions files in Nov 2006.
I have a feeling that we all are in for a long haul. For november cases, I think nothing will happen till July/Aug. Its already been three month now since I filed in Nov 2007.
Regarding online case tracking, It did recognize my receipt #'s and I setup alerts for my account.

Gulam
Runner83, you're right California moves little slower than Vermont. Vermont advanced more than 2 months in one month - 06/07/2007 to 08/19/2007.
Don't lose hopes... You're inching closer and closer to your approval. Good luck Runner83 ! I was little busy and sorry for that to update the status on this forum. Otherwise, I would have updated every day here.
Atfirst i said, i would not file the I129F, now i am thinking about it but it's moving at the same pace of the I130, so it doesn';t seem to make sense to me. If i file it now, the I130 would probably be approved before it. Anyone else thinking about the I129F?
I will check online tonight to see if they've updated, since it looks like I applied the same time as you.
CTK3, did you receive the I-129F NOA1 in the mail or just online?
I got I-129F NOA1 by mail (physical copy). The receipt date is listed on the spreadsheet. You haven't specified when your I-129F received at USCIS. Mine is received on 02/15/2008.

You can still file I-129F now. It wouldn't cost (no fee) anything except some paperwork. You never know which one (I-130 or I-129F) will be approved first. But it is up to you filing I-129F, Frustrated_alot. Good luck again !

"Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)
Current Status: Case received and pending.
On February 22, 2008, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) and request that we waive the filing fee."
I revived my receipt today too
Do you know how long it takes for I 129-F’s Approval?
My service center is California, what is the current date?
Good luck MDCVU ! Updated your details. CSC has approved the I-129F cases whoever filed until 08/19/2007 as of 02/15/2008. Since your date is 02/20/2008, it is 6 months behind right now. So, if it moves month by month, your approval will come in 6 months. If it moves 2 months per month, your approval will come in 3 months Cheers !

I dont know how long it will take but hope its soon.
I have decided against it. I was rethinking but decided not to. This way when my husband gets here, there will be no additional paperwork to file. He will get his green card a few weeks after arrival. I would hate to be caught up in the whole AOS stuff when he gets here. He will already be trying to adjust to a new environment. We dont' need to additonal strain of waiting for his paper work to be done. Good luck to all of you that have filed. Also, USCIS is processing I130's at the same date of I129f's right now.
