I'm married to USC and we filed for I 485, I130 and I765 in December. My husband had a job offer in Peru and he left 2 months ago. I went to do my biometrics on January 9th.
Does the fact that he works abroad be a problem for the GC interview?
I am currently on OPT (expiring on February 11th). I'm currently working. Should I stop work if I don't have my EAD prior to that date?
My husband is planning on coming back for the interview though. What documents should we provide to prove the validity of our marriage? I understand that we have to live together..but it's not the case as of now. I appreciate your feedback. Thanks in advance.
