my dad has filed for my bro when he was unmarried and now he is married but the file has been transfer to NVC because it has been approved , so please tell me what should i do to tell NVC that my bro is married..

The petition has now been downgraded to another category (if your dad is an US Citizen) and voided/cancelled if he is a resident. Call USCIS costumer service.

my dad is us citizen. and yes i know its going to be the F4 categories which gonna take longer time but than his wife can come along with him..so what should i do to tell NVC that my brother is married....

Like I said call costumer service, they will let you know who to send the letter.
