Hi everyone,
I am a US citizen I filed for my parent and they got approved my mother got her green card in july 2007 and my father is still pending his security check.
We applied for my two young sisters ages 17 and 13 and they came to the US on a B2 visa. My mother sent a package application including I-130, !-485, I-765 along with the G-325A.
Their visa expires in Feb 11, 2008 and I have people telling me that the package cannot be sent like this and it is wrong.
If you have any idea of what we can do to not put my sisters in a bad situation.
My sisters are of Iraqi nationality and cannot go back.
