second interview

my husband and i had our interview in may 06,everything went fine,we ve been told to get an answer by mail.we never heard from ins since then.we called 3 times.last time officer said mthat all cause of the name check,but he ll request our case status im baltimore and we ll get a described answer whats going on .so we get a paper that they still working on case,and all we can do just wait.in a week we got another notice to come for the interview.did anyone had the same situation?

thanks,but the point is that they send us a huge list what to bring(like lease,account,leters from relatives).paper says that our interview based on I-130.
