Time for I-130

Does anyone help me to get the anwer on this question. I have applied for my married children, they are over age of 21. I send the I-130 at the nebraska service center on december 14th 2007. I have not received any recipt. How much time normally it takes. How can get inquire about this. Thanks for your any comments about this.

Is it just for the recipt or tha approval of the case. Does the priority date will be the date they recieved that is december 17th 2007, or the priority date is going to be the late ?. any ideas or suggestions about this.

for both the receipt approval. the priority date will be when it was received.

I have applied for unamarried children over the age of 21. I become citizen now. I have I-130 approve alredy for them. Can my children get marry now, and then chenge the catagory, or should I chage the catatgory now, then get them marry and change it again. what is best, safe way. My I-130 wont get cancelled ?. Hello,if you can tell me when u had filed for the I130 for your married children?coz my mom had applied for my I130 over 21 years on jan 2006.I still havent heard anything from USCIS.Dunno how long it takes or what to do...should i be calling them?

a receipt was received, it has the notice date ,received date but no Priority date though ....Not sure if thats alrite as Mom is a LPR & has applied for me.Technically shouldnt i be getting a priority date?

Receipt date is your priority date, when you get your I 130 approval notice (it is going to take same time as of your priority date become current), that receipt will bear the priority date,

How long does it take for the I130 approval

GreatGuru do you know how long it takes to get the approval from the uscis.Coz my mom applied I130 for me on jan 2006(receipt date) have not heard anything or received anything from uscis yet.Dunno if i should call or do something for that..Any info would be appreciated
