My husband in jail

I need help!
I filed my I-485 in January 2006, i don't have green card yet, NC pending.
We were married for 6 years and have a son.
Now my husband in jail. I don't know what will happen with my green card.
What if they will ask for RFE or second interview?
What should i do?
I need advise.

Do you have a lawyer? if not, find one. Who is sponsoring you and your kid? Try to have all that clear. Even though he is in jail, if you prove your bona-fide marriage, and the poverty guidelines, you will be ok. But, try to find yourself a lawyer. My friend had the same problem and she got her greencard

You are stuck in name check. Your interview was probably approved right? so there will be no second interview, there will be no RFE. They MAY ask you to come back for fingerprints, but the truth is you are just waiting to receive your 10 year unconditional card sometime...
