second interview based on I-130

i had one already on I-485.now i m getting second one after 8 months from the first based on I 130.whats going on?never got any green card,was stuck on name check.

something is wrong, you should have fixed this 6 months ago... make an infopass appointment and go find out what is going on.

i called them 3 times.was told that name check still pending.i request my case status.they send a letter that they need more time to research the case.in a week second notice came to appear for interview based on i 130.
