I got my green card recently. I am a only child, can i file GC for my parents in india? or should I wait to get my citizenship first?

Even as a citizen, you can not sponsor your parents until you turn 21. And even then, you will have to show that you have enough money to provide for them according to household income / poverty guidelines.
