Dear Sir/madam,
I appreciate your prompt reply, however your reply to my special question is still outstanding.
Before taking further step, particularly for payment, I would like to make sure, IF WE ARE ELIGIBLE TO BE PERMANENT RESIDENT OF U.S.A.
My petition was originally approved in 1995, through my mother (original petitioner) who was, and still is, Green Card holder.
I got married few years later and presently I, together with my wife & daughter, are requesting for U.S Green-Card.
Please advise.
