Hello,
I am from Romania, Europe. I am here in Florida from last year, with a B1/B2 visa. I am married from last year, september 19. 2006. He is a permanent resident from last year. I have my I-94 until 02.13.2007.
Me and my housband was in Tampa in december at the Immigration office, and the consular officer from there gave us some papers.We send all that paper in timp, but I don't know why they send us back all of them.We tried again, but it was same thing.Right now my visa it's expired and I don't now what to do. I was very sure that everything is fine but it isn't.
I what to stay here and work legally but I don't now what application i need to fill .In my country i finished the college , and to be honest I don't know want to stay here illegally and without a job.
If you can help me some how, I will appreciate that.
