where to file

Dear Sir,

I am in Fremont CA; planning to file I-485 along with I-130 for family
based adjustment of status. It is NOT clear to me the address to which the application packet needs to be mailed, as I find one address on Form I-30 and another on Form I-485. Would appreciate if you kindly clarify.
