My parents are in the usa since 1998. they came here on visitors visa from india , and right now our of status . in the mean time my dad's uncle who is u.s citizen applied for their premanant residence in 1997 . My question is what will happen once they received a letter for interview?? do they have to go back to india??or the interview will be held here in the usa.
