Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This is in regards to a doubt concerning one of my best friend in U.S. She
got married in 2004. She migrated to U.S in 2005. She is on a conditional
spouse VISA. Everything was going great for few months. Lately for the
past few months there has been misunderstandings between the both of them. She wants to live separately since its become very difficult for her to adjust as there is alot difference of opinion. She does not want to return back to India since that will cause defamation for her parents. As per her she may have to return in case she separates but she doesn't want to face anyone here. Is there any way she can get an independant VISA for herself & move on in life separately there? There is nothing I can do to help her since I am not financially strong else I would've supported her.
