Hi,
I am legal resident in USA since 2003. My son is in my country ( Albania ) and I have aplied (form I-824) for him to join us.
His case # is EAC - 02 - 253 - 52131 . I have checked the status of this case on-line and I got this message :
“ On June 4, 2004 the appropriate American Consulate or port of entry was notified by cable, telephone, or fax of the approval of this case.”
Meanwhile, checking Vermont Service Center Processing Dates posted on March 15th, 2007 I found out that related Applications I – 824 , the Center is processing Cases with Receipt Notice Date August 30, 2006.
I have not received any other notice or letter from Authorities and I am scared for the delay occurred.
Pls advise what I need to do
