Marriage Fraud

My wife has commited Marriage Fraud. We were married in Thailand and then came here to the USA. She went to another State.
I took care of this woman since the time of marriage. She used me to get here. She even Started a Business here. As for myself I am broke. What can I do about it. I have reported it, but it seem like no one listen to me for some reason.

All that depends upon whether she has temporary or permanent green card.

If she has temporary green card, you stop supporting her to get permanent one. If she has permanent green card, there is nothing you can do.
