May I please ask you a few questions regarding immigration papers,
I arrived in the states in Dec 2006, to visit my parents my mum a green card holder and my step dad a us citizen. I decided to stay shortly after my arrival and we started the process of filing my petion,however our forms are sent back to us several times,can you help me clarify which forms to send in what order and the average process time, I also would like to work, am I able to file the EAD form when my case is ending,currently USCIS have got my I-130 form, it is now over 6 months that I have been here, even though i have filed the forms and they are sent back am I here legally? Your website is great however I am struggling to confirm my application steps, and the USCIS hot line is useless.
