Greencard for brother

Dear Sirs:

We applied for greencard in August 2004. He is my brother and would like for him to come here. Would you please let me know what is holding thing up. This case was transferred to San Francisco April 11 2006 and have heard nothing at all what is happening.

Brother cases take around 10 to 12 years to get processed.
