Concerning my parents immigration

Dear Sir/ madam,

I have a question. My parents have a visitor visa for 10 yrs.I want to sponsor them for immigration as my brother is also here .During the time when their immigration process is going on will they be allowed entry into US ? I do not think that their should be any hassale.Also how much time will it take for their immigration? I am a US citizen. I just wanted to know this due to the reason that if the process of immigration takes time, then also they can visit us in between.But in the form 130 there is a column in which we are asked that whether our relative has ever been to US and my parents have never been here.Can you please let me know? I have yet to send their sponsorship papers next week.I shall be very thankful to you.

1. Yes, they can visit as long as they already have visitors visa.

2. It around 1 year to get the green card processed.

Sir what about form 130 in which they ask that have they ever been to US?As they have never been here and I have written in that form, so in case if they visit us then what we r supposed to do?

Also if there is some problem in immigration will that affect the visitor visa status? Please let me know this.

Just provide the information that is correct at the time of filling the form.

If they have been to US when you fill I-130, say so. Otherwise, say no. If they visit later after you submit I-130, that is not a problem.

U missed one point . I wanted to know this also that if there is some problem with the immigration ,will the 10 yr visitor visa remain intact. Please let me know this. Actually I am worried as they are my parents.

That depends upon the nature of problem with immigration and why it was rejected.
