Converting employment-based to family-based

Hi,

After the visa bulletin news of last year, my I-485 thro' employment was filed. My husband became a US citizen last month. Is it possible to convert the I-485 application to family-based case without filing a whole new application and incurring extra fees? Any advice is appreciated.

No. It can not be changed.

You can file I-130 and I-485, I-131, I-765 and the rest of the forms again, but you will have to pay the current fees.
