  • Docs & fees for filing spouse GC

    Hi all,
I am a Naturalized US Citizen and in the process of submitting I-485,I-130,G-325A (for me and my wife),I-131,I-693,I-765,
I-864 forms duly filled, sending the supporting docs for each of them and photos.

I read many times that for I-131 and I-765 fees are not required (exempt) since I am filing concurrently with the I-485. Is that correct?

I have paid I-693 medical fees directly to the doctor's office and I-864 doesn't have fees.

Can I write one single check of $1365 (break up: $930 fees + $80 biometric fees for I-485 + $355 for I-130) OR should I send two (2) checks like the following?

    1. $1010 for I-485 payable to 'U.S.Department of Homeland Security'
    2. $355 for I-130 payable to 'U.S.Department of Homeland Security'

Have I missed any other forms or supporting docs? Can somebody please clarify?

Thanks in advance for the response.

Break it down like this... $1,010 and $355.

Have I missed any other forms or supporting docs? Can somebody please clarify? I think you got it. Also send the marriage evidence and all other documents requested (copies, not originals) such as passport, i-94. etc.

        Hi PraetorianXI or others,
Is there a sample letter requesting Advance Parole that I can include with my I-131?

Thanks in advance for the response.

The letter, and several questions, are not required when you file for I-131 based on your I-485.
