Dear Sir/Madam,
On May 31, 2007 I have been given the privilege to hold a Green Card. I have an unmarried daughter who is now 22 years old, studying in US university under F-1. Prior to F-1 visa, she was on HB-4 visa as I was on H-1 visa. She is my dependant. Is it possible for me to submit both I-130 and I-485 for her now so that she get the benefit of my Permanent Residency?
