Dear Sirs ,
My Dad recently passed away, and I have a 34 year old Sister that has a certain degree of disability ( mental) that does not allow her to hold a Job , or take care of herself, I am the only help she has , But she lives in Mexico city , and I am here in San Diego . I am a US . Citizen by birth, we had the same father but not the same mother. I understand that it is currently taking about 12 years , is there any other way I can bring her here , so that at least I am sure that she has a roof and food to eat? I appreciate all of the help, Thank You
