interview problem

i filed my paper work in june of 2006 just received my ead card in jan of 2008 and social security # in jan 2008 .i received my interview notice also in jan of 2008 we dont have much proof of a "bona fide"marriage except joint accounts and pictures.we cannot file taxes jointly i could not get on his insurance because of the date i received my social security # ( is there any thing else that we can do??????????

You didn't mention it, but I'm sure you submitted a copy of your marriage certificate? Did your pictures include wedding pics? Also, I've read that you can have a few friends write a letter stating that they have known you for a length of time and that by all appearences, you are married and give reasons why they believe this is a bona fide marriage. (ie-they have been to the home you both live in, go out with you two often, attend church with you, etc.) Make sure you have these notarized. They need to sign the letters in front of a notary. A copy of your lease if you are renting an apartment is good.
