Hi I wanted to know how long is the processing time for unmarried children under the age of 21 of a us citizen to get a green card ?

When you fill I-130 for the married sons and daugheters. you fill out one form for th married son, then fill the spouce and the childrens names in the I-130. there no need to fill out a seprate I-130 form for the spouce and the children, so one form is for the whole one family. is that correct ?. I just want to be sure on this. Thank you
