Hi
I really hope you answear my question, im desperate to get this information, the state department doesnt really answear this type of question.
I came to USA 6 yrs ago on a B1/B2 VISA for "business" but over stayed and 1 year later i got married and now am a permanent resident with permanent green card. My mom and sister visa was denied 3 yrs ago because they didnt have tax return proof now i would like to if possible sponsor them, by sending proof of my legal status with the tax return, sponsor letter etc...what do you think? Is it a good idea? Please answer.
thank you so much
