Thanks for all the help on this forum.

I have (3) questions:

1. I moved to the States when I was 11 years old, back in 85. I am not sure what do write in "Show below last occupation abroad if not shown above. (Include all information requested above.)" - I was like in 5 grade back then.

2. What should I put under "Applicant's last address outside the US of more than one year." - Should I put my address from India back then.

3. My wife has only been in States for 1 year now. What will she have to put under "Applicant's residence last five year." - We put her address for last year, but should we put her India address there and at "Applicant's last address outside the US of more than one year."

1. I don't remember my school's name or address or anything about it. Can I just put student and leave everything else blank or just leave the entire line blank.
