Battered spouse greencard

I ,was married on14th January 2005 in india to MR residing at U.S.A I Started staying with my husband at the above address within few days of my stay at my husband's residence , I was harassed by my husband and in-laws a lot and found it very difficult to stay with them and found myself as a slave .I was ill-treated asked more dowry and was abused and everybody Behaved very cruelly with me .i was mentally and Physically harassed a lot I was fed –up with my husband attitude and took a divorce (khula) from my husband on 26 feb 2007 when i came to visit my parents after 1 1/2 year of Stay with my inlaws in Michigan i had also files complain against my husband and inlaws but after few hearing took the case back as i was mentally very disturbed and decided to study further and not get into court matter My Green card expires on 26 july My Friend suggest that i can individually apply for i751 petiton from india (marriage in good faith ) i am staying in india with my parents from 14 jan2007 till date i had earlier filed in new delhi pls suggest

1) where do i have to apply (which state)from india
2)what is The Application Fees
3)what are the document needed
4)can i apply in new delhi

You can't really apply in India.

If you are in US, and there is an evidence (such police complaint etc.) that he was beating you etc., you may be able to file the green card based on 'battered spouse'. Otherwise, you can't really make your green card permanent.
