Spouse based greencard

I´m from Austria and marriage with a Permanent Resident I live in vienna and have 2 Childreen ,My spouse applied last year for a Greencard for us ,and I Don`t Know Howlong have to wait for process Time. Is It possiable To get a Other visa to come over to USA and to reunite
my families while waiting for our Green card processed to completion.
