Hello,
Myself and husband live in Arizona. My husband has a greencard and has been here 10 years. My husbands brother is in a very poor financial situation and we would like to have him move in with us so that we know he is taken care of. My brother-in-law is disabled and the UK has refused to offer enough assistance for his situation and proper care. I feel that he would do much better here with our help. We need to do something, but don't know what we are allowed to do. Of course we don't want to break any laws and we also know that the laws have changed in 10 years. We would be able to provide all his medical, housing and needs here. We don't even really need a greencard for him for now, but would like to have a legal way of my brother-in-law to say legally for more than 1 to 3 years. Perminant resident or Nationalization would be our ultimate goal. Any assistance or advice you would be able to give would be a great help.
