Question about DCF in New Delhi

Hello,

I am a US citizen and will be in India in October for more than 2 months. My wife is an Indian citizen and in India right now. I have not filed her I-130. Do you think I have a chance of filing I-130 in New Delhi if I stay for more than 2 months in India?

If you could explain, it would be very helpful. Thanks.

Rule has changed. You can't do DCF anymore if just stay for 2 months in India.
