I am Guatemalan and my fiance is Canadian, she has lived in the US for her past 12 years and last week she applied for her citizenship. I live in Guatemala and have my own business here and we would live here for the first part of our marriage and then in 10 to 15 years we will move to the US. My question is as follows: Can I a non American resident get married to My Canadian Fiance who is resident of the US and is in the naturalization process? Can that be a problem for her process of naturalization? would that affect my US visa that I have since I´m 5 years old? What complications can we face if we decide to do so
