Questions abour Family Based Immigration

Dear Sir

I have couple of questions about Family Based Immigration.

1. I am a US Citizen. I am planning to sponsor my mother for Green Card. She already has Visitor Visa. She is currently in India. Can I give the INS Office in Atlanta as the place for her interview for Green Card. She can travel to US as a visitor and attend the interview here. How long, approximately, does it take her to get the green card?

2. I have a brother who is currently in US on H1B visa. Can I sponsor him for Green Card? If this process is going on, can he apply for Green Card in Employment Based Category?

3. My wife is also a US Citizen. She wants to sponsor her brother for Green Card. He is in India now. We are also planning to bring him on H1B next year. If we apply for his Green Card (thru Family Based) now, can we still apply for H1B Visa next year?

1. She can file I-485 only if she is in US. If she in India, she needs to go for consular processing.
