Your website is probably the most informative and helpful one that I have come across so far, but I was wondering if you can offer me some advice. I’m currently living in the U.S. on a J1 visa which will expire in about 1 year and 2 months. Would I be eligible to obtain a green card if my employer wanted to sponsor me during my internship here or after? I do not have a 4 year degree – I have a 2 year college diploma from Canada in Fashion Management. I am a Canadian citizen and my position here would be an “Account Executive” for a clothing brand.
