Hi All,
I don't know if this question has yet been answered,from the threads that I checked I couldnt find it. My apologies if it has. My father will (crossing our fingers)
become a u.s citizen in two days. When he gets his citizenship we will apply for the i-130/i-485 fro my mother and brother. My question is do we need to fill out a seperate i-130 for both of them or is only one needed. My brother is 13 years old.
