Dear Sir/Madam
My husband was refused his visa to the UK because the marriage certificate was said to be false, in the status column it stated unmarried and should have been Divorcee for my status. My query is do we have to have this certificate made again or amended, if so how do we do this. It is not possible for me to come to India to have the registry marriage done again.
I would be grateful if you could get back to me as soon as possible.
