I filed my i-130 application in june ,06 received the approval in may 07 and filed 1-485 in june 07,got the approval for finger prints then sent
application for my ead card in oct,07 got ead card jan,08 applied for my ssn in second week of jan 08 .got my interview notice in third week of jan
08.the problem is i could not file joint taxes ,missed open enrollment for his health insurance .we donot have a lease (we are tenants at will).we
have a joint bank account ,pictures ,receipts for gifts and our visit to hotels.is that a problem and do we have a chance to explain why we lack certain documentation.because we did try and we failed at successfully obtaining these documents.
