Hi,

My girlfriend and daughter are visiting me here in the US. I am an American and we would like to get married. She has a B1/B2 visa now and is allowed to stay here for 6 months. We are wanting to see if we can extend their stay up to the 12 months that is allowed. I live in Las Vegas and have looked all over the internet for an office. there is one listed in Vegas -- USCIS sub-district office.

make an appointment 800-375-5283 I have listen and tried several way to figure out how to make an appointment at the office Las Vegas.

Is that where we need to go and is there a better way to make the appointment? Or how do we or who do we see
to get this done to give us more time?
