I-131 Time frame

Does anyone know what the processing time for I-131? Aprox how long in advance do we have to apply for Advance Parole?

Is I-131 for emergency cases only?

You can apply when you apply for Adjustment of Status (i-485). Or anytime after that while the petition is pending.


It does not need to be an emergency and it usually takes 60-90 days to be approved.

but are cases pendinf for more than 6 months. plan 120 days ahead if you see any kind of travel i your future
